PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 9, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Simple Foundation, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 3003 Q Street, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Elk Valley Commercial, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 204th and West Dodge Road, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

An ordinance to rezone property located west of 103rd Street and Blair High Road from DR – Development Reserve District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property located west of 103rd Street and Blair High Road from DR – Development Reserve District to R6 – Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve a PUD – Planned Unit Development Overlay District, located west of 103rd Street and Blair High Road, to approve the Development Plan.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Cherry Creek (Lots 1-9, Outlots A-C), a subdivision outside city limits, west of 103rd Street and Blair High Road, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Signature Ernst Holdings, LLC, The Cherry Creek Hills Owners Association, Inc., and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 632 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Cherry Creek (Lots 1-9 and Outlots A-C) and is located west of 103rd Street and Blair High Road.
