The Omaha Housing Authority is seeking proposals from consultants to provide On-Call Appraisal Services on all types of Real Estate Property.

RFP packets will be available on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on: December 20th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. CST

Deadline for all Questions on January 4, 2023, at 4:30 P.M.

Deadline for Proposal on January 12, 2023, at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
