PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 20,2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
Class C Liquor License for NOW Initiative dba North Omaha Music & Arts located at 2510 N 24th Street.
Class I Liquor License for Tupelo Honey Hospitality Corp dba Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar located at 830 Harney Street.
Class B Liquor License for Family Dollar Inc dba Family Dollar #22311 located at 6618 N 30th Street.
Class B Liquor License for Family Dollar Inc dba Family Dollar #28409 located at 8260 Grover Street.
Class B Liquor License for Family Dollar Inc dba Family Dollar #29369 located at 2601 N 16th Street.
Class A Liquor License for Tomahawk Chop, Inc. dba Flying Timber Axe Throwing located at 1507 Farnam Street.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
