PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 30, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of George B. Lake Parkway and I Street from AG – Agricultural District to R5 – Urban Family Residential District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Iron Bluff South (Lot 1), a subdivision outside city limits, located southeast of George B. Lake Parkway and I Street, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Douglas County School District 28-0010, aka Elkhorn Public Schools, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Iron Bluff South (Lot 1) and is located southeast of George B. Lake Parkway and I Street.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southeast of 61st and Maple Streets.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-4 Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northeast of Riverfront Drive and Gallup Drive.
