PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 5, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “I” Liquor License for Kabul, LLC, dba “Zaika Indian Cuisine”, located at 14134 West Center Road.

Class “D” Liquor License for MCO, LLC, dba “The Mercato”, located at 16250 Evans Plaza.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
