PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 26, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest and northeast of 19th Street and Saint Mary’s Avenue from DS-Downtown Service District to CBD-Central Business District (property is located within an ACI-1-Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District).

An ordinance to rezone the property located southeast of 38th and Farnam Streets from GC-General Commercial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is located in an ACI-1 Overlay District).

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
