PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 29, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of Glenn Street and Elkhorn Drive from DR-Development Reserve District and R5-Urban Family Residential District to R4-Single-Family Res-idential District (High-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 5050 South 51st Street from DR-Development Reserve District to R3-Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 7410 Mercy Road from R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to GO-General Office District.

An ordinance to approve an Amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the City’s Master Plan from Civic and Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential for the property located at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue.
