PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Legacy Chop House, LLC, dba “Legacy Chophouse”, located at 17070 Wright Plaza, Suite 100.

Class “C” Liquor License for R and T Group, LLC, dba “Trips Bar and Grill”, located at 7812 “F” Street.

Class “L” (Brew Pub) License for NASR Group, LLC, dba “Barley Boys Brewery”, located at 8410 “K” Street, Suite 6.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
