An ordinance approving an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Omaha, Nebraska and the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa, to extend Omaha’s electric scooter program, for an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to ten (10) years; to provide for the terms and conditions under which both parties agree to operate the program.
An ordinance to approve a Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement between the City of Omaha and Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC, for a period of ten years with additional ten-year options; authorizing the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest the Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement.
An ordinance to approve a Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement between the City of Omaha and Northern Natural Gas Company, for a period of ten years with additional ten-year options; authorizing the Mayor to sign and the City Clerk to attest the Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for Copperfields, for the property located northeast of 204th and F Streets, to allow Multi-Family Residential use on Lot 1, Replat 6 and for Commercial use on Lot 2, Replat 6.
An ordinance to transfer Lot 2, Stonybrook South Replat 4, located in Sarpy County, Nebraska, to Sanitary and Improvement District No. 111 of Sarpy County, Nebraska by Special Warranty Deed; to authorize the Mayor to execute the Special Warranty Deed.
An ordinance to approve the acceptance of and authorize disbursement over more than one fiscal year from the FY 2023 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant, Award #EMW-2023-FF-00238 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (OHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The total grant award is in the amount of $6,828,750.00 with no required match, during the award period extending from March 22, 2025 to March 21, 2028; to provide funding for personnel and fringe benefits for eighteen (18) new firefighters; to authorize payment from such grant funding and involving appropriations of more than one year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter.
