PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Cheddar’s Casual Café, Inc., dba “Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen 2216”, located at 17373 Chicago Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Cilantros Mexican Bar & Grill, LLC, dba “Cilantros Mexican Bar & Grill”, located at 3309 Oak View Drive, Suite 101.

Class “CK” Liquor License for Tipsy Sisters, LLC, dba “Tipsy Sisters”, located at 4611 South 96th Street, Suite 162.

Class “C” Liquor License for Trensy Nails Wax & Spa, LLC, dba “Trensy Nails Wax & Spa”, located at 14615 West Maple Road, Suite 16.

Class “I” Liquor License for Plum GPMM Tersylbran JV, LLC, dba “Omaha Airport”, located at 4501 Abbott Drive.

Class “I” Liquor License for Senor Tequila, LLC, dba “Senor Tequila Mexican Restaurant”, located at 14440 “F” Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Ajima Properties, LLC, dba “Fasi Fasi Vape N Liquor”, located at 614-616 South 72nd Street.

Change of Location of the present Class “CK” Liquor License for ML Brands, LLC, dba “Pour Decisions”, 319 South 17th Street, Suite 506 to be located at 4601 Catalyst Court, Suite D105.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
