Nearly Half Of Women With Disabilities Report Experiencing Sexual Harassment Or Assault At Work, Poll Finds

Almost half of women with disabilities have experienced sexual harassment or assault in the workplace, according to a new 19th News/SurveyMonkey poll that is one of the first to explore the issue.

The number, 48 percent, compares to 32 percent of women without disabilities who reported experiencing sexual assault or harassment at work.

Research Examines What Gen Z Wants From Potential Employers

In March, Symplicity, a maker of software for universities to manage student experiences, surveyed over 3,700 college students nearing the point where they will be looking for jobs. More than 90% of the students rated job stability, salary, and work/life balance as most important. The results were consistent with the company’s 2022 survey on what students value the most in a job.
