Waiver of Section 55-503 – Variance to the permitted use regulations in the GI district to allow Religious Assembly not otherwise permitted; 13831 Industrial Rd.
Waiver of Sections 55-84 & 55-740(e) – Variance to the permitted use regulations of the AG district to allow for a temporary Construction Yard not otherwise permitted and to the hard-surfacing requirement to allow for a temporary parking lot; 11906 Hadan St.
