Construction Contractors

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha is seeking qualified Construction Contractors to provide technical proposals from those companies to be placed in a Pool of Contractors eligible to provide construction and maintenance services (via additional quotes) to the Agency.

RFP packets will be available on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

Pre-proposal Conference will be held on February 4, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

Deadline for all Question February 9, 2022

Deadline for Proposal on February 14, 2022, at 12:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
