NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING

HOSPITAL AUTHORITY NO. 1 OF

DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA

Notice is hereby given that the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chamber of the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, and will consider the petitions filed with the Douglas County Clerk on the 28th day of January, 2022, for reappointment to the Board of Trustees of Hospital Authority No. 1 of Douglas County, Nebraska.  Said petitions request consideration of the re-appointment of C. Bruce Hamilton, 4605 Grebe Street, Omaha, NE  68152, and Kay Haman, 7605 N. 36th Street, Omaha, NE 68112, to the Board of Trustees Hospital of Authority No. 1 of Douglas County, Nebraska, to serve until a successor is appointed and has qualified.

Notice is further given that at said hearing, any objections to the proposed trustees for re-appointment to the Board of Trustees of Hospital Authority No. 1 of Douglas County, Nebraska, will be heard by the Board of Commissioners.  Written objections from electors residing within the boundaries of Hospital Authority No. 1 may be filed with the Douglas County Clerk through February 23, 2022.
