Maintenance Services

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors. In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, OHA is now soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide the Lawncare and Landscaping Maintenance Services for OHA and its affiliates locations.

IFB packets will be available on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Proposal Zoom meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for all questions pertaining to the Scope of work is Thursday, February 24, 2022.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
