Majestic Building Rehab

 OHA is seeking bids from independent contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide for the rehabilitation of a fire damaged four-story apartment building at the Ernie Chambers Court Apartments located at 2106 N. 16th St. Omaha, NE.

IFB packets will be available on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Bid submission is Tuesday December 22, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102. Bids will be marked: Attn: Murphy Knight – Majestic Building Rehab-IFB
