Sealed proposals are invited and will be received on or before 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent, Room 902, Omaha Douglas Civic Center. These documents may also be found at www.douglascountypurchasing.org.

and must be on file in her office on or before 11:00 a.m. on the bid opening date at which time the proposals will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
