PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 18, 2020, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Cheeseburger’s Omaha, LLC, dba “Cheeseburger’s”, located at 4007 Farnam Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Ali, Fatiah, dba “Naughty Buddha Burger Bar”, located at 707 South 24th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for How We Doing, LLC, dba “The Omaha Lounge”, located at 666 North 114th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Jet Sports Bar, LLC, dba “Jet Sports Bar”, located at 7444 North 30th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Omaha JE5, LLC, dba “Jimmy’s Egg – Omaha #5”, located at 17725 Welch Plaza, Suite F.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
