PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 2, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located west of 127th Avenue and Grebe Street from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 12718 Izard Street from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 14445 West Center Road.

An ordinance to repeal the existing PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is also located within an ACI-1(PL)-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District) for property located at 3814 Leavenworth Street.

An ordinance to approve a new PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is also located within an ACI-1(PL)-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District) located at 3814 Leavenworth Street, to approve the Development Plan.
