PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 10, 2019, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
Class “C” Liquor License for Benson Wine, LLC, dba “Eleven Eleven”, located at 6061 Maple Street.
Class “C” Liquor License for 402 Eat + Drink, LLC, dba “ 402 Eat + Drink”, located at 17305 Davenport Street, Space Q-115.
Class “C” Liquor License for Ponce Capital Partners, Inc., dba “Villa Aletta”, located at 4714 North 120th Street.
Class “I” Liquor License for Bar Inner Rail Food Hall, LLC, dba “Bar Inner Rail Food Hall”, located at 1911 South 67th Street.
Class “E” Liquor License for Bar Inner Rail Food Hall, LLC, dba “Bar Inner Rail Food Hall”, located at 1911 South 67th Street.
Class “D” Liquor License for 13th Street Ventures, Inc., dba “13th Street Liquor”, located at 1903 South 13th Street.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

NOTICE INVITING BIDS
The City of Omaha, acting as Agent for the owner, invites bids for the LEAD HAZARD CONTROL OF DWELLING UNIT at:
2031 N 63rd St.
Closing Time: 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 11, 2019
Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing time, as per specifications on file in the office of Rehab Division of the Planning Department, Room 1111, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.
Sealed bids to be addressed to Rehabilitation Division, Room 1111, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center marked "Bid on LEAD HAZARD CONTROL OF DWELLING UNIT,” with the address and job number identified, must be on file in this office on or before 3:00 P.M. on the closing date, at which time the bids will be opened and read by the Rehab Division before bidders and the public in Room 1111, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than minimum salaries and wages as specified by the U.S. Secretary of Labor as set forth in the specification may be paid on the rehabilitation work. The contractor must, furthermore, ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color or creed, sex or national origin.
The bidder must file a certificate of insurance with the Rehab Division evidencing comprehensive public liability insurance coverage protecting the property owner for not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate arising out of the work performed by the contractor. Evidence of workman's compensation insurance must be shown prior to receipt of the order to proceed with the work.
The owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids in whole or in part.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Omaha will meet on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 8:30 A.M. in the 1st Floor Conference Room at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. The meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection at the office of said Board of Commissioners, 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Nebraska, during normal business hours.
