NOTICE OF MEETING

PLANNING COMMISSION

CITY OF VALLEY, NEBRASKA

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City of Valley Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at Valley City Hall. PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on the following:

1. Still Water Lake LLC:

· Consideration and approval of application for a change of zoning for Lots 50 to 53 from Highway Commercial (C-3) to Highway Commercial (C-3) with Clustered/Mixed Use Development (CMD) zoning, and Lots 54 to 62 from Highway Commercial (C-3) to Lakefront Single Family Residential (R-3) zoning.

2. Still Water Lake LLC:

· Consideration and approval of application for final plat for Lots 50-62.

An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall.
