RE: TNC-2 In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the annual fee for Transportation Network Companies.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time at the at the  Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids in Room 109 of the Central Office Building at 1500 Nebraska Parkway in Lincoln, until 1:30 PM on August 27, 2026. At that time the bids will be opened and read.
