PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a Big Red satellite keno agreement between EHPV Lottery Services, LLC and:

CW Entertainment, LLC, dba “Pastime Neighborhood Bar and Grill”, located at 5059 South 108th Street.

LouLee, LLC, dba “Pauli’s”, located at 6750 Mercy Road, Suite 101.

Rise Up Aksarben, LLC, dba “Corner Kick”, located at 2295 South 67th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
