NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Sampson Construction, acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for Millard Public Schools, invites you to submit a bid for the Grace Abbott Elementary - Addition & Renovation project located in Omaha, NE. The project includes construction of a new addition totaling 215sf and 44,093sf of renovation of the existing school.

Scope of work includes demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, casework, roofing, doors/hardware, glass/glazing, interior finishes, specialties, signage, shades, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, earthwork, site paving, temp fencing, landscaping, site utilities, testing/inspections, and surveying.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 4:15 pm CST on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, at the Entrance lobby at Abbott Elementary School located at 1313 North 156th Street, Omaha, NE 68118. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory, but strongly suggested for contractors to attend.

Proposals are due prior to 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. 

Bids will only be accepted by fax (402-434-7425) or email to (estimating@sampson-construction.com).

The Owner and Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal.  All bids shall remain in effect for forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

   By submitting a bid for this project, bidder agrees he has read the Sampson Construction Standard Subcontract Agreement and if bid is accepted, is willing to execute this Subcontract Agreement without material modification. Subcontractor to guarantee material pricing at the time of bid submission. All pricing must be firm and must account for uncertainty created by market conditions. Any qualifications on bid concerning pricing will be rejected and may render bid nonresponsive.  If you would like to review the Subcontractor Agreement prior to bid, please contact Sampson Construction at 402-434-5450.

NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Support Services Center (SSC), located at 13906 F St., Omaha, NE for the construction project generally described as the Millard West High School Sound System until 11:00 a.m. (local time) on December 16, 2025 at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all such bids received will be opened in public. To obtain bid documents, contact A&D Technical Supply (402) 592-4950 ext 4 or order through the A&D Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com. The cost of printing and shipping (as applicable) drawings and specifications shall be paid by the prospective bidder requesting the documents.
