PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on September 9, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, at which hearing all persons interested may be heard:

An ordinance to create Multiple Improvement District No. 2025-01, in the City of Omaha, for the purpose of constructing multiple public improvements along Silver Valley Road and Glendale Avenue, east of North 72nd Street including the extension Silver Valley Road to the north of Starlite Drive, by installing storm and sanitary sewers, sidewalk work to include grading, and paving roadway areas; to fix and define the boundaries of said district; to provide for the determination and assessment of damages, if any, occasioned by reason of change of grade; to authorize the Public Works Department, barring protest to the contrary in accordance with OMC 26-65, to complete the associated improvement project.
