Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, a meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Bennington will be held at 6:00 p.m. The agenda, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. As part of the meeting, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held for the purpose of:

Proposed Redevelopment Project pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law which involves partial funding known as Tax Increment Financing, by Bennington Capital Growth, LLC/JEH Enterprises, LLC, on Lots 18, 19, and 20, Block 6, Town of Bennington, Douglas County, Nebraska, generally located between 15408 and 15416 South Second Street, Bennington, Nebraska.

A map showing the area to be redeveloped is published herewith. The Redevelopment Project Plan which includes the Cost-Benefit Analysis, is posted on the City’s website www.benningtonne.com and copies are available at the City Office.
