Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

18606 Cornish Rd, LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Rezoning from AG to RE2, and a Preliminary Plat for a subdivision to be known as Cornish Ridge, Lots 1 through 8 and Outlots A through G, being a platting of the E1/2 SW1/4 & E1/2 of Tax Lot 2 in Sec. 5, T12N, R11E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. This property is addressed 18606 Cornish Rd. and is generally located Northeast of 192nd Street and Cornish Road.
