Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City of Valley Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. at Valley City Hall.

PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on the following:

1.  Application for Conditional Use Permit – warehouse distribution

2.  Application for Conditional Use Permit – accessory structure exemption from commercial design standards

3.  Ordinance change to add enclosed trailer storage in residential

4. Ordinance change to consider adopting 2021 Building Codes

An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall.
