NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is preparing its Capital Funds Program 5-Year Action Plan for 2025-2029.  OHA hereby notifies and invites the public to review and comment. The proposed plans and related documents will be available on October 10th, 2024 at OHA’s central office located at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Alternately, you may request documents by emailing contactus@ohauthority.org.

OHA will hold a public hearing at 8:30 AM on Monday, November 25th, 2024 in the Board Room of OHA’s Central Office located at 1823 Harney Street. An accessible entrance is on the south side of the building. Please contact OHA at 402-444-6900 if you require accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act or language interpretation to participate in this public hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Omaha will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 8:30 A.M. at Underwood Tower 4850 Underwood Ave, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. The meeting will be open to the public. To speak on an agenda item through Zoom, email the Executive Office at contactus@ohauthority.org by 4:30 PM on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
