RE:  Application No. C-5484     In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to administer the Nebraska Broadband Bridge Program in the 2023 program year.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a motion to return grant funding allocated to the Cass-Sarpy broadband project in the above-captioned docket was filed by Cox Nebraska Telcom, LLC on July 24, 2024.

A public hearing on this motion is set for Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CDT in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
