Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time: 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. Bidding documents may be found on the new Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net

Electronic bid submission: The City of Omaha requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City/County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.

Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the City of Omaha RESTROOM BUILDING ADDITION, 3808 S. 156th Street are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project’s specifications.

Bids shall be submitted on the electronic forms provided by the Douglas County Purchasing Department. This project does not require the bidder to submit an Economic Equity and Inclusion Program (EEIP) Plan or an approved EEIP Certificate with their bid.

Bidding contractors considering the apprenticeship utilization bid incentive must sign and date the Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) and submit it with their bid. Submission of the AIF after bids have been opened will not be accepted.
