PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 3, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 214th and Grover Streets from GI-General Industrial District to DR-Development Reserve District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Trailridge Ranches (Outlot A), a minor plat outside city limits, located northwest of 214th and Grover Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, the Trailridge Ranches Property Owners Association and Sanitary, and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 284 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is known as Trailridge Ranches (Outlot A) and is located northwest of 214th and Grover Streets.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 3301 Harney Street from R7–Medium-Density Multiple Family Residential District to TOD-2-MX-Transit Oriented Development District.
