PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 15, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “I” Liquor License for Maravillas Olga, LLC, dba “Maravillas Olga”,  located at 1714 Vinton Steet.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

Approval of an alternate material or method of construction. Waiver of code section 501.3.1 506.3.13 at 2112 North 30th Street.

Request approval of a Class A Building Contractor Reciprocation License.

Request waiver of code section 423.4.2 Location (43-126 MuniCode) at 20614 Jefferson Court.
