NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska regarding the vacation of a 25-foot strip of land conveyed to Douglas County by Metropolitan Utilities District for right-of-way on the north and east sides of the Platte West Water Treatment Plant, located at 21212 West “Q” Street. Further information, including a plan showing the exact area to be vacated, is available for viewing at the office of the Douglas County Engineer, 15505 West Maple Road, Omaha, Nebraska.
