PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 18, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for PDBDRP, LLC, dba “The Rack Wine and Spirits”, located at 1119 North 204th Avenue, Suite 102.

Class “I” Liquor License for First Round, LLC, dba “First Round”, located at 3901 Farnam Street, Suite A.

Class “D” Liquor License for SETIT, LLC, dba “Bottles and Brews”, located at 10745 Mockingbird Drive.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
