NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

The Nebraska Universal Service Fund’s Advisory Board will hold a meeting on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 1:30 p.m., in the Nebraska Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public via WebEx at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone:  dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting and, on the Commission’s website at: https://psc.nebraska.gov.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at a Commission meeting, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Commission at (402) 471-0213 (TDD) or the Nebraska Relay System at (800) 833-7352 (TDD) or (800) 833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE:  Application No. C-5493/PI-245   In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to require certificated local exchange carriers, interexchange carriers, and eligible telecommunications carriers in Nebraska to attest as to whether they are using or deploying communications equipment prohibited by the Federal Communications Commission.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a public hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Videoconference access will be made publicly available through the Commission’s website at https://psc.nebraska.gov.

NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

SCHEDULE “A” AND “E” RATES AND CHARGES: A hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. (10:00 a.m. MDT) in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. Seating will be limited for in-person attendance.  Remote access to the hearing will be available via WebEx and telephone.  WebEx attendance can be accessed at the following link:  https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream.  To attend by telephone, dial 408-418-9388 then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for the access code.  The testimony received at the hearing will be used to draft a schedule for 2023-2024 storage year. Written comment may be sent to the Commission’s Warehouse Department, and must be received by 3:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, May 8, 2023, to receive consideration.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE:  Application No. NG-119 - In the Matter of the Commission, to conduct a review of gas supply cost adjustment schedules implemented by Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, Rapid City, South Dakota, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 66-1854.

Interested persons are hereby notified that the Hearing on the above-captioned application is set for November 7, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, and access via webconference is available on the Commission website.
