PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 10, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Highlander East Replat 1, a minor plat inside city limits, with a waiver to Section 53-8(4a), Lot depth, located south of 29th and Burdette Streets, along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Highlander East Replat 1, a minor plat inside city limits, located south of 29th and Burdette Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Highlander East, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
