PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 13, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 42nd and L Streets from GC – General Commercial District to CC – Community Commercial District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northeast of 42nd and L Streets.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Warren Place, minor plat inside city limits, located northeast of 42nd and L Streets, is hereby approved and accepted; and that the replat transmitted herewith entitled Warren Place, a minor plat inside city limits, located northeast of 42nd and L Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plats entitled Kent’s Addition to South Omaha and First Addition to Mount Douglas, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Faithful Realty LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Warren Place (Lot 1) and is located northeast of 42nd and L Streets.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of West Center Road and 222nd Street from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density) (portions of the property are located within the FW-Floodway Overlay District) (Lots 1-76, Outlots A-H).
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of West Center Road and 222nd Street from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District (Lots 77-97, Outlots I-K).
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of West Center Road and 222nd Street from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) (Lots 77-97, Outlots I-K).
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Sanctuary Ridge (Lots 1-76, Outlots A-H), a subdivision outside the city limits, located northwest of West Center Road and 222nd Street, is hereby approved and accepted.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY
PARKING AND SHUTTLE BUS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
AT EPPLEY AIRFIELD
The Omaha Airport Authority is seeking responses from companies (Proposer) who have qualifying experience in airport parking and shuttle bus operations to enter into a Parking and Shuttle Bus Management Agreement at Eppley Airfield. The Omaha Airport Authority intends to select a single Proposer from this solicitation based on the information provided by the Proposer in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will take place December 7, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., CST, in the Platte Conference Room, Eppley Airfield.
Proposal responses will be received until 2:00 p.m., CST, on January 19, 2023, in the Airport Authority offices, 4501 Abbott Drive, Suite 2300, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, NE 68110.
