PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on November 8, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:
Class “D” Liquor License for Casey’s Retail Company, dba “Casey’s 6170”, located at 3529 South 72nd Street.
Class “K” Liquor License for Kathmandu Bar, LLC, dba “Liquor Store”, located at 5402 North 90th Street, Suite 5450.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

Waiver of Section 55-503 – Variance to the
permitted use regulations of the GI District to allow for a Heavy Industry use (batch plant) not otherwise permitted to rearrange and upgrade its current operations on the site; 6155 M St. and 6160 & 6140 Holmes St.
