ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Sealed Qualification Packets addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “Rose Hill Elementary School and Belvedere Elementary School Cooling Tower Additions- Bid No: P008-23”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:00 PM, CST, Monday, October 31, 2022. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Site Walk Through on Thursday, October 11, 2022, at 9:00 AM at Rose Hill Elementary School, 5605 Corby St., Omaha, Ne 68104 and at 10:30 AM at Belvedere Elementary School 3775 Curtis Ave., Omaha, Ne 68111, Corby St., Omaha, Ne 68111

2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after September 30, 2022. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
