     Pursuant to NDEQ's Title 118 - Ground Water Quality Standards and Use Classification, public notification and opportunity for comment is hereby given of the following:

NOTICE
     The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  The agendas will be available for public inspection no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting.

The following application(s) may be inspected at the office of the Nebraska Public Service Commission during regular office hours.  Interventions must be filed with the Commission in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Rules of Commission Procedure, Title 291, NAC Chapter 1.

     1. On or about May 15, 1989, a petroleum release was identified originating from a storage tank system located at 7701 Main Street, Ralston.  An approximate legal location is NW1/4, SW1/4, NE1/4, Section 11, Township 14N, Range 12E, Douglas County.
