Sealed bids for the construction of the City of Omaha - Concrete Trails at Standing Bear Lake, Standing Bear Lake and Recreation Area, 6404 North 132nd Street, Omaha, NE are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project’s specifications.
Sealed bids to be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked “BID ON: City of Omaha - Concrete Trails at Standing Bear Lake”, must be in her office on or before 11:00 A.M. on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

Bidders may view the contract documents (plans & specifications, etc.) on the project free of charge from their websites. Electronic or hard copy prints of all contract documents may be obtained from any one of them by contacting them directly and placing an order. All costs for contract document production will be directly billed by the printer to the requesting company and not to the issuer of this bidding opportunity. Potential bidders may receive special pricing for the printing of hard copies of the contract documents. Contact the printer for the cost associated with your request.

General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract. Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self-performing the Work.
