Committee Chair –

  1.  Discussion regarding 2021 wage increases for Chief Deputies, Sheriff’s Captains, Deputy County Attorneys, Assistant Public Defenders, CMHC Medical Director and psychiatrists, DCHC physicians, District Court and Juvenile Court bailiffs, and other District Court and Juvenile Court staff who are County employees not on the County’s step and range pay plans.

 2.  Discussion regarding the workers’ compensation medical case management contract with O’HARA, which expires March 31, 2021.

 Executive Session: We reserve the right to enter an executive session in order to protect the public interest with respect to discussion regarding labor negotiations, litigation, personnel and real estate.
