PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 15, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 168th Street and Rachel Snowden Parkway from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 168th Street and Rachel Snowden Parkway from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled 168 Snowden Commons, a subdivision outside city limits, located northwest of 168th Street and Rachel Snowden Parkway, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Douglas County School District No. 28-0059, also known as Bennington Public Schools, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as 168 Snowden Commons (Lots 1-2 and Outlots A-H) and is located northwest of 168th Street and Snowden Parkway.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 1219 South 6th Street from GI-General Industrial District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone the property located at 3922 Harney Street from GC-General Commercial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is located in an ACI-1 Overlay District).
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 10344 Fort Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 2102 North 24th Street from GC-General Commercial District and GI-General Industrial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-1(PL)-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 2102 North 24th Street.
