LOT RECONSTRUCTION

Eppley Airfield - Omaha, Nebraska

Project Number CEB 21-04

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled South Economy Lot Reconstruction.  Combined construction will include Concrete, Pavement Marking, and Miscellaneous Construction Items.  Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:

Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 60 (sixty) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on March 2, 2021, in the Airport Authority offices, Second Level, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.

A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required.

The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
