Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 7:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be conducting this meeting by video-conference or by telephone conferencing or by conferencing by other electronic communication.  The meeting will be held electronically, and no quorum of the public body will be physically present together, there will be no public in-person attendance.  This meeting will be open to the public and to members of the media through video-conferencing; go to https://sarpy.civicweb.net/Portal/MeetingInformation.aspx?type=26 for information on viewing or participating in the meeting. A Public Hearing will be held for the following applications:

Western Sand & Gravel Co. has submitted an application for consideration of a Revised Special Use Permit to allow the extraction and processing of sand and gravel on two parcels located in the AG Agricultural Farming District, and legally described as 1) Part of the SW ¼ NW ¼ lying S of Hwy 31 together with NW1/4 SW1/4 & Tax Lot 2A in Section 17, Township 12N, Range 11E, and Tax Lot 6A & Part of E1/2 NE1/4 lying S of Hwy 31 in Section 18, Township 12N, Range 11E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southwest of W Highway 31 and 188th Street. 

JMF LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Rezoning from RG-15 to RD-50 PD and a Preliminary Plat for a subdivision to be known as Lots 1-38 and Outlots A-B Tiburon Ridge North, being a replatting of Lot 1, Tiburon Ridge Commercial, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE. Generally located northeast of 180th Street and Highway 370.

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 46 – Fossil Fuel Power Generation Facilities Regulations.
