NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice of public hearing on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Douglas County Legislative Chambers at 1819 Farnam St, Omaha, NE 68183.

The correction is necessary for a clerical error, wherein SID #590 incorrectly allocated their budget dollars between the General and Bond funds. This resulted in an incorrect tax levy breakdown.  With this correction, the tax levy rate will remain at .900000 with a tax rate of .400000 for the General fund and .500000 for the Bond fund.
