NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The following applications may be inspected at the office of the Nebraska Public Service Commission during regular office hours.  Interventions must be filed with the Commission in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Rules of Commission Procedure, Title 291, NAC Chapter 1.

NOTICE

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska and at 4565 Shirley Street, Omaha, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 415-655-0003, then enter 926 343 190 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.
