Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the City of Omaha MILLER PARK MAINTENANCE BUILDING (RE-BID), 2707 REDICK AVENUE, are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project’s specifications.

Plans and Specifications may be examined and obtained at the offices of the following printers:   A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402-592-4950), on or after Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 15, 2021.  Bidders may view the contract documents (plans & specifications, etc.) on the project free of charge from their websites.  Electronic or hard copy prints of all contract documents may be obtained by contacting them directly and placing an order.  All costs for contract document production will be directly billed by the printer to the requesting company and not to the issuer of this bidding opportunity.  Potential bidders may receive special pricing for the printing of hard copies of the contract documents.  Contact the printer for the cost associated with your request.

There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the project site in Miller Park, 2707 Redick Avenue.  Meeting will be held rain or shine.

This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 5% of the total bid amount.  For additional information see Specification Section 00200, ‘Instructions to Bidders”, Part 2.16, “Utilization of Small and Emerging Small Business”.

Notice is hereby given that the OMAHA CITY CLERK will receive sealed bids until WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 AT 11:00 A.M. FOR DOUGLAS CO. PROJECT NO. SP-2021(02) 36TH STREET CULVERT REPLACEMENT, SOUTH OF PONCA ROAD (BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION).
