ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Sealed proposals addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT WILSON FOCUS SCHOOL, Bid Number 22-015, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, and prepared by Olsson Associates are to be received by 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Teachers Administrative Center, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The District time stamp clock, maintained at the Teacher Administrative Center Security Desk, shall be the official receipt for purposes determining when the deadline for bid submission has been reached. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Wilson Focus School, 5141 F Street, Omaha, NE. Those not attending the Conference will not be allowed to bid.
